The Care Corner by Milk, a unique and engaging pop-up experience celebrated our love for milk and the care it adds to our lives.

An intimate screening party of the season two premiere of Dairy Farmers of Ontario’s chef competition series, Milk Masters on CTV. The evening hosted Toronto’s top foodie influencers and featured celebrity Chef Susur Lee and content creator Jet Bent Lee who connected with guests in an interactive cooking demo and engaging Q&A.

An afternoon of community connection through movement and nutrition, in support of ReThink Breast Cancer. Hosted at Assembly Movement in Leslieville, a reformer class was led by Julie D’Uva followed by a nutrition workshop with Good Food Good Mood co-author, Tamara Green.

A morning of movement at Sweat and Tonic, followed by a panel discussion with Paralympian Marissa Papaconstantinou and WNBA player Natalie Achonwa, sharing their tips on how to build a healthy fall wellness routine.
